The Federal Communications Commission has prepared a Consumer Advisory on selected features in 32 digital-to-analog converter boxes that it has purchased. Converter boxes are to be used with your analog television to receive digital signals broadcast for free over-the-air to your antenna. All the converter boxes listed are certified under the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) converter box coupon program and, therefore, are eligible for purchase using a coupon issued by the NTIA.
